Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Free Shipping over $100.00 USD

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days

Orders made after 7PM on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday, this also includes the holidays. Should we experience higher order volume, expect us to keep the customer updated throughout the shipment process via a provided tracking number.  

All customers are guaranteed to receive shipment confirmation & tracking numbers with their purchased product. Tracking numbers will be provided via email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

OnePercentWatches is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed, such as taxes, during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

OnePercentWatches is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
